Class Format of Blaxland Blue Mountains Yoga
Designed to holistically work on every area of the body, each class begins with a short meditation and is followed by breath work (pranayama), balances and stretches, leading to more challenging postures before concluding with Yoga Nidra (relaxation/meditation).
Judy keeps her classes fresh by introducing a new program each fortnight. This allows participants the opportunity to work on new postures without becoming stale. Changing postures also allows students to be able to work different areas of the body in a variety of ways.
